How does the Comfort Module system work?
With our Comfort Module system, you start by choosing one of two options: Medium/Firm or Medium/Plush when placing your initial order. If you find that the selected firmness doesn't suit your preference during the free trial period, you can easily swap the Comfort Module for the other option to ensure your ultimate comfort.
What is the trial period for the Onebed Modular?
The trial period for our comfort modules is 125 days. During this time, you can experience the product and decide if it meets your comfort needs. if you find the product doesn't meet your preferences, you have the option to request a free Comfort Module replacement or return the mattress for a full refund.
