Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all mattress and bed base orders to most areas across mainland Australia and Tasmania.
As we continue to expand our delivery network, free shipping may not be available to all locations. If your area is not currently covered by our free shipping network, any applicable delivery fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your address and product availability.
Regional and Remote Areas
Some rural or remote areas may incur an additional delivery fee. If this applies to your order, it will be clearly displayed at checkout and confirmed with you before shipping. We will always obtain your consent prior to charging any additional delivery fees.
Delivery Process
Your OneBed mattress arrives conveniently compressed in a compact box that fits through any door with ease. Our delivery partners will deliver to your front door.
Order Processing
We make every effort to deliver your goods according to the estimated delivery times provided at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email so you can follow your delivery.
Collection Timeframes
For mattress returns under our 125 Night Trial, please allow up to 30 days for collection to be arranged.
Shipping Restrictions
We sell and ship within Australia only. We do not ship internationally.
